The staff here is absolutely stellar in every way! Every interaction from my first call, to my follow up calls, to my in person visits were the most uplifting experiences I’ve had in a medical setting. It is clear that Dr. Will and his team enjoy each other, their patients and the work they do. In fact, the atmosphere is so stellar that I asked at the front desk, “What is going on here? Do you all really enjoy your work this much?” The reply was, “We all just really like and trust one another.We’ve all worked together for many years.” When I asked about how they’re treated by the doctor, the reply was similar. “We all love Dr. Will and feel valued and appreciated by him.” Wow. Every question I had about Lasik in general and my procedure specifically was answered kindly, clearly and with patience. To top it off,my vision two days post op is AMAZING. I’ve worn glasses for 43 years and contacts for 37 years.This morning I woke up and didn’t have to grope around blindly for my glasses. I could see. I know it’s science, but it truly feels like a miracle. Literally praising God and so thankful for Dr. Will and his staff! If you’re thinking about Lasik, this is THE place.

The LASIK procedure at Will Vision was a breeze. I was in and out in 1hr and could see clearly (for the first time in 27 years) by that evening. The procedure itself was extremely quick and the staff were consummate professionals guiding me through the entire process. I’m incredibly sensitive to anything regarding my eyes (I haven’t ever been able to do contacts) and I cannot recommend this team more highly.
