Staff is all very kind and showed a lot of effort towards making surgery process well understood and as comfortable as possible.

I had LASIK on my left eye and ICL on another one. Right one after another. It was so fast. I would say 5-7 minutes for both. Had no pain at all at both cases. Right after I went home. Ate a good meal and sleep for 16 hrs. My husband was giving me two kinds of drops I was prescribed during the nighttime and in the morning and pills before I went to sleep as well. I can tell you that I had no irritation or pain at all. If I would have to rate my pain – it would be zero. It was an amazing experience! Both doctors: doctor WILL (LASIK) and doctor TIAN (ICL) as well as all Will Vision team done a significant, amazing, great job. It’s now 19 hrs after surgeries were done. I have 20/20 vision, I continue to have my drops every 4 hrs. I don’t feel anything that would remind me I’ve ever had an eye surgery done, even though it was done 19 hrs ago. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this clinic WILL VISION & LASER CENTERS! I would rate my experience as 100 out of 10. May the Lord reward you! P.S. I am 32 years old, a pregnant mother of four, and finally decided to do LASIK. Will Vision was recommended to me by my sister-in-law, who had an excellent experience here a couple years ago. I echo her experience. Incredibly kind staff, very professional, and I felt taken care of the entire way through. I never had any doubts that they were the best of the best. Everything was state of the art. I would recommend them to literally anyone. We live 8 hours away, and they accommodated us so well. 10/10!

Amazing staff, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Doctor Will runs a tight ship and he is easy to talk to and has amazing credentials. I highly recommend, great experience.

The office visits, procedure, and follow up were great. I was referred to Dr. Will by many coworkers. I’m pretty sure he has done a majority of my office. I was nervous but they talk you through everything and then it’s over. 5 out 5. If you are thinking of getting LASIK go with this place. I talked with another LASIK office in Eugene before and Dr. Will felt more personable and he has been doing this for a while and you can tell. He’s a pro!!

I recently had my lasik procedure and my overall experience has been great! I’m not sure how other offices are, but I want to point out the positives in case people are using reviews while shopping around: 1. I appreciate that their pricing is very straightforward. Based on other people who have had lasik that I’ve spoken to here and in different states, it’s about the same all around. 2. All of the staff is very kind and informative anytime you need them. 3. During the consultation I felt like all of my questions and concerns were answered. 4. The information I was given for pre, day of, and post op was thorough. Thank you Doctor Will and all staff 🙂

Dr. Will and staff are the best! They are so professional and have an excellent care team. I am day two after my correction and seeing great and on with my daily life. I can not say enough about the team.
