I am extremely impressed with the staff and Dr. Will. I had scheduled a consultation and everything was explained in detail and their equipment is the most up to date. I scheduled surgery for the next week. The day of my surgery the staff was so kind, and explained everything before and during the procedure so I understood what was happening. They even let you hold a polar bear named Wilbur (this was very comforting). Having someone do surgery on your eyes is a bid deal. I would 100% recommend having the procedure and consultation done here.

Where to begin… The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and great soft tunes. There was no rush, no pressure, ample explanations to make me feel comfortable with the process. The big day came. They explained what was going to happen. They laid me down after giving me Valium and Vicodin to make me feel comfortable, and then gave me a teddy bear and a blanket, raised feet up, and gave me encouragement and direction of what to do. There were 3 people present in the room and they all were encouraging and would explain anything I was about to feel or hear. The procedure was painless, you felt pressure occasionally during the procedure but it was literally about 120 seconds, so anyone can deal with some pressure and odd feelings for 120 seconds to correct their vision. This leads me to my final point, corrected vision. Oh my gosh, It’s hard to put into words 20/20 vision without any metal frames on my face. Its so freeing feeling to wake up and not grab for your glasses or put contacts in. It snowed this morning and I stood in the snow intentionally to look up at it and not have any flakes or water droplets blurring my vision due to them landing on my glasses. I can not recommend Dr. Will and his staff enough. They were professional, kind, and informative. I am so happy with their services. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you thank you thank you!

Well I’ll start by saying I should have done this WAAAAAY sooner. Talk about easy. Dr. Will and his team made getting lasik so easy and comfortable. The initial consult was super-low-pressure. VERY informative, I learned a lot about my eyes, the surgery, the risks, and everything I wanted to know. They took the time to really answer my questions and explain everything. They also DIDN’T sugarcoat the tougher questions. They actively told me about risks (although none were realized) and didn’t over-promise the benefits of lasik. I really appreciated their grounded approach. The actual procedure was so short it was a joke. I spent longer taking my two pills than I did actually under the laser. It was totally pain free (mild discomfort for a few moments, but nothing terrible). Done in literally five minutes. Went home, took a few hour nap… and I could SEE. Wow! I’m still baffled by how well it worked. No issues whatsoever… I was operating at 100% capacity the next morning, drove to my follow up, and was tested at 20/15. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Will felt like one of those guys that could do this in his sleep he’s done it so often. He displayed the perfect mix of confidence and realism- not over-promising his services, but speaking authoritatively about his abilities and knowledge of his field. I felt comfortable, heard, and in good hands with Dr. Will. The price was partly covered by my VSA insurance (hooray!) and I even got a discount for paying cash. Overall 10/10, literally could not have gone better. This team has LASIK down to an art, and I’m really glad I chose Dr. Will for this life-changing surgery!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful every single staff person was during my LASIK procedure – the receptionist, the technicians, the doctor – all were exceptional. They look you in the eye and shake your hand. They explain the whole procedure in an accessible but comprehensive way. They give you a teddy bear to hold during the procedure and they talk to you and make you feel safe and reassured the whole time. If you’re thinking about LASIK, do it, and make sure you go to Will Vision! I love waking up and being able to see without glasses!

I never had contact lenses because I don’t like messing with my eyes, so needless to say I was very nervous about getting LASIK. The staff here is very friendly, calming and extremely informative, answering questions I didn’t even know I had. During the procedure the are talking to you the whole time and telling what’s happening, going to happen and for how long it will be happening. Their communication made the whole experience much less scary. Dr. Will is also very informative and will give you as much time as you need to answer all your questions. His skills surpassed my expectations, I had my surgery at 9:00am and had perfect vision with very little irritation by the afternoon the same day. The second day I couldn’t believe that I was worried about anything, my eyes were a little red but no pain and still perfect vision. It’s simply an amazing procedure and the people here make it even more amazing! Even the stuffed bear they give you to hold on to during the surgery did his job perfectly (sorry for strangling you little bear lol). Overall, I don’t think anybody here can do their job any better or with more care for their patients than they already do. Fantastic place to get you life and freedom from glasses back!

Dr. Will provided such a wonderful experience. He is a premium provider for Lasik, especially compared to the other clinics I had consultations with. He has the best and most current technology which will give better results. He was very kind and caring with every interaction, especially spending time to answer all my questions. Dr. Will was extremely informative and respectful without belittling me as some doctors have the tendency to do. All his staff were kind and genuine as well. I highly recommend this place.

Thank you Will Vision & Laser Center for your excellent work ! I had treatment on both eyes for severe near sighted vision. 20/300 or so, in both eyes. That treatment was done in 2006. I had my annual eye exam this afternoon, Yahoo, I am still at 20/20 vision in both eyes with exceptional clarity. I recommend you every chance I get. Julie Brown Keep up the great work.

Being in customer service myself a pleasant staff makes all the difference to me. I enjoyed every staff member. They were cheerful, helpful and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!

It was amazing to wake up and go to work this morning as though I had my contacts in, only to remember I can now see naturally! They prepare you for the worst, but it has been fantastic so far. The staff is incredible, smiling and cheerful, and I liked Dr. Will’s approach through the process. The initial consultation was 2 hours, and they triple-checked the measurements. The next day was laser “surgery” for about a minute out of the hour I was there, then today was a 15 minute follow up. It was quick, easy and quite unbelievable. I wouldn’t change anything.
