This is my second time having Lasik Surgery here. The last time was 12 years ago and I have had the same amazing experience and results so much that we have made it a family affair. My wife had hers done 2 months ago and we are giving our daughter the gift of safety and eyesight because she is having her eyes done next month. Is there a choice to go to another specialist. Sure. But Dr. Will has been doing this since Lasik started so he is always up to date. It is actually a running joke between my wife and I that I should go somewhere else which offers $300 procedures. LOL. My answer is I’ll probably get what I paid for. I pay for experience and trust with Will Vision and Laser Center.

Such a great experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, Dr. Will and his team are thorough from the consult to the follow-up, and ensuring patient comfort is their top priority. I went in for a consultation last tuesday and was able to get in for Lasik on Thursday! staff and Dr. Will were wonderful and the process was so easy and painless.

Dr. Will and his team are very professional, and friendly. I went to him because of a radio ad I had heard. I have been wanting to check out LASIK for quite a while and finally decided it was time. Went to Dr Wills Salem office for consultation. He and I talked about expectations from surgery. He examined my eyes and said that I would be a good candidate for LASIK. I also watched a couple of short but very informative videos about the procedure, they helped me understand more about how surgery could help and how it was done. I had my procedure done on a Tuesday afternoon. They told me to go home and rest or even nap for a couple of hours, and even overnight if possible. I did sleep all night and woke the next morning feeling no pain or discomfort. My distance vision was noticeably better. Did a follow up appointment that morning, Dr. Will saw me and said that it went well, and I should continue to improve for the next few months. I have another check up in a month. Can’t wait to see how well it is then. A big thanks to Dr. Will and his wonderful staff for putting my mind at ease, and for really caring about patients. When finding a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients is hard to find. THANK YOU, Brett

My entire experience was amazing. I could not be how helpful the ladies in the office were. Having somebody speak the entire time surgery happened was so comforting and let no room for fear or questions.

Amazing! The process was all explained very well ahead of time, there were no surprises, all of the staff we’re very kind and comforting, and Dr Will answered all of my questions. I was hoping to get monovision, but was able to take a test ride and he determined that it wouldn’t be a good fit for me, I am very grateful for that! My contact prescription was -9 and 1/2, I could barely see it all without glasses or contacts. The day after surgery I was at 20:30, and today is 2 days post-op and I’m going to guess I’m at 2020. My vision is clear and crisp, relatively no discomfort. I am so excited and happy!
